The lightest way to get around a town. Low seat, light steering, and small enough to put anywhere.
The most common scooter on the island, and the one most first-timers learn on. Light, forgiving and cheap to run.
A Beat with a retro body. Same easy handling, the lowest seat of the range, and a flat floor that takes a bag.
110–125cc · from 135,000 IDR/day, or 92,000 on a monthly booking
The default choice, and the one we recommend most often. Liquid cooling makes it happier on a climb than anything in the Budget category.
Vroam lists the Lexi in the Comfort category. The current Yamaha Indonesia model is the Lexi LX 155, which is a 155 cc bike — so the exact version on offer is worth confirming at booking.
150–160cc · from 180,000 IDR/day, or 105,000 on a monthly booking
The distance bike. Big tank, long seat, real suspension — the difference shows up an hour into a ride, not in the first ten minutes.
The NMAX’s direct rival, and the one to take if luggage is the constraint: 30 litres under the seat is the most storage of anything we list.
The adventure-styled version of the PCX platform, with longer suspension travel. The one to ask for if your week involves broken tarmac rather than motorway.
