They cover your use of this website: reading it, following its links and relying on what it says. They do not cover your scooter rental. That contract is between you, Vroam and the local rental shop, under their own terms, and we are not a party to it.
We do not own scooters, take payments, deliver anything or hold a deposit. Delivery, the condition report, damage protection, refunds and any dispute are handled by Vroam and the shop. If something goes wrong with a rental, they are who you deal with.
Prices, delivery windows, models and competitor conditions are checked on the dates shown on each page, and they move. We correct what we are told is wrong. Nothing here is a quotation or an offer: the price that applies is the one shown at checkout on Vroam.
The guides describe how things generally work in Bali, including licence requirements and police checks. They are written to be useful, not to be authoritative. Your own licence, your own insurer and the law as applied on the day take precedence over anything written here.
Deciding to ride, choosing an engine size, and riding within your ability and the law are yours alone. We recommend categories based on terrain; that is a suggestion, not an assessment of you as a rider.
The text, structure, maps and photography on this site belong to the publisher unless credited otherwise. Zone outlines are derived from OpenStreetMap and used under the Open Database Licence. Quoting a passage with a link back is welcome; republishing pages is not.
